We would love to have you join our family of Volunteers! We work HARD, we problem-solve, we make sure everyone has a safe, good time, and we have fun in the process.
What to Expect
We ask for 12 hours of volunteering to get:

All workshops included if not scheduled a shift

½ priced pre-ordered festival shirt. (There is a deadline for ordering and if you volunteer after the deadline, we can't help ya!)
$490 value (That’s like earning $40 an hour!)
We ask for 16+ hours to get:

PLUS 4-Day Camping Add-On including a vehicle 20’ or under if you have one. For Larger vehicles, you will need to purchase a Vehicle Pass.
$650 value (That’s like earning $40 an hour!)
Select this zero dollar ticket to start the process of volunteering. We will send you a link to apply to register as a volunteer when we have the shifts ready to schedule. There is a $15 application fee that is non-refundable plus we will require you to purchase a $100 volunteer ticket that is 100% refundable after the festival.
This ticket alone will NOT get you free admission to the festival. We must approve you as a volunteer and you must register first. Thank you!!

Will you need to purchase a $100 Volunteer ticket that gets refunded after you fulfill your shifts? Heck yeah! We gotta cover our butts, ya know! After the festival is over, you get it fully refunded.

Volunteer Shifts
You can pick your own shifts and schedule around performances you don’t want to miss! Here are the shifts we have had in the past. This is subject to change. We will have shifts available soon!
Festival Setup & Breakdown
(before and after performances)
Set up Canopies & General Setup
Place several canopy tents in designated places with a team. Have knowledge and skill to secure tents with ropes, bungees, or whatever means necessary to prevent tents from blowing away. Requires work gloves, and is a physical job with lifting.
Set up perimeters
Place heavy fencing panels around the festival perimeter or vinyl, mesh fence netting attached to metal posts. Requires work gloves, and is a physical job with lifting.
Security
Entrance of Lot
(some shifts before and after performances)
Check credentials to enter the lot. Scan QR Code on mobile app on YOUR phone: Campers, Vehicle Pass, Musicians & their guests, Vendors. Give wristbands and dash passes.
Direct to Park
(some shifts before performances start)
Assist drivers to know where to park. Requires walking them down the lot, sometimes. Assist with check-in. Make sure their dash pass is placed properly.
VIP Entrance (in view of the stage)
Requires ALERTNESS. Check for a proper wristband to enter VIP. Check for wristbands to enter General Admission area and no prohibited items in or out. Open gate for artist's car if needed. Must be willing to open bags and check for prohibited items and be comfortable with being assertive to ask those items be removed before entering.
Main Entrance (in view of the stage)
Requires ALERTNESS. Check for wristbands to enter and no prohibited items in or out. Advise about recycling. Must be willing to open bags and check for prohibited items and be comfortable with being assertive to ask those items be removed before entering.
Hospitality
Bluebird Shelter Green Room
(short shifts so you aren’t away from performances too long, plus hang with the artists)
Set up snacks, catering, water, and attend to whatever needs artists may have
Stage Host (in view of the stage)
Attend to stage schedule, keeping bands on track, in cooperation with Emcee and Sound. Replenish waters, towels, communicate with and assist sound crew, tend to any needs that come up for artists
Box Office
Check-in (in view of the stage)
Check in guests by scanning QR code on app on YOUR phone, give appropriate wristbands, and give and check in pre-ordered shirts. Sell new tickets. Must be competent with technology and pay attention to detail.
Merch (in view of the stage)
Organize festival merch, sell festival shirts using app on YOUR phone, and assist artists wth merch. Possibly help check in guests and sell new tickets. The last shift secures all merchandise and cash.
